Registration for the Greensys 2019 symposium will be opening on September 15th 2018.
Submission for an abstract will be opening on April 30th 2018.
All attendees requiring a visa to enter France are urged to apply for their visa, as soon as possible. See France Diplomatie for more information.
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, city tour, lunches and coffee-breaks. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions.
All registration fees include lunch and coffee-breaks on symposium days. ISHS, non-ISHS and Student fees also include the participation to the visit of Angers and welcome reception.
Please note that participation to the banquet dinner (on June 19th) and/or technical tour (on June 20th) requires an additional fee for all participants.
An extra contribution is asked for accompanying persons or one-day participants who wish to attend the banquet dinner and/or the visit of Angers.

Below are the registration fees (including VAT) which will apply to delegates, students, professionals (specific session of Wednesday 19th) or one-day participants and accompanying persons. EARLY BIRD FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE FEBRUARY 28TH TO BE VALID.
PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED AN ABSTRACT MUST REGISTER FOR 3 DAYS AS ISHS MEMBERS AND NOT AS PROFESSIONALS

**Limited number and subject to approval by the organization. A certificate showing proof of current enrollment status will be required within 1 month of registration.
Technical tour fee includes bus, coffee-breaks, lunch and admission to all sites. You can find detailed information in Symposium information --> Technical Tour.
A choice of post-conference tours is proposed and available on the Social Program. They include bus transportation, lunch, and admission to all sites.
A personalized confirmation E-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received. Only registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions and events. Participants are kindly requested to wear the symposium name badge at all times during the conference, for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.

In order to be more efficient please submit the certificate of the payment to the Congress Registration Desk.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellations are only considered if the symposium secretariat is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:
∙ All refunds will be made after the symposium GreenSys2019.
∙ Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;
- For cancellation received by April 15, 2019: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fee of €50 will be charged.
- For cancellation received between April 16 and May 30, 2019: 50% of full registration fees will be refunded.
- For cancellation received after June 1, 2019: No refund will be provided.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to April 30 2019 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing. Transferring registration after April 30 2019 will not be possible.
If you do not attend the symposium without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given. Also, no refunds will be possible in the event of missing part of the symposium, the banquet dinner, or the post-conference tour.
