How do I come to Angers ?
Travel information :
By train : Angers can be reached by train or plane. Please check availability from Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Montparnasse by clicking on https://en.oui.sncf/en/. The local railway station is named Angers Saint-Laud.
By Plane : book a flight on Airfrance to Nantes then reach Angers by train. Special discounted fares are available on airfrance website.
Many other airlines can bring you to Angers via Paris airports. Please check availability on your national airline.
Do I need a visa ?
Please contact the local French embassy to check if you need to apply for one. Usually, non-European citizens require a valid visa or a part of a visa waiver program. Please check the following website for more information : https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/coming-to-france/
Should you need proof of your coming in Angers, we will send an invitation letter to attend the Greensys congress.
I have paid for my registration and my visa has been denied. Can I get a full refund ?
We can only refund according to the general sales and terms conditions. Therefore should you advise us later than the deadline, we will not be able to refund the amount paid. In order to avoid this, please make sure you have contracted a travel insurance allowing full refund in case of a visa denial.
Can I come with someone ? Yes. We do allow accompanying persons.
The fare per accompagnying person is from 200€. It includes lunches and coffee breaks with the participant from June 17th to June 19th. Tehcnical tour and banquet dinner are also available for accompagnying persons for an extra fee. Please check the fares as below : https://www.greensys2019.org/registration
I have registered to the congress but need to make some changes. How can I proceed ?

I have registered for the international symposium but I would like to add other options such as the technical tour, banquet dinner or social programme. How can I proceed ?
You may contact us by email to check first if there is still availability. If so, we will register you and forward another invoice.
Can I cancel my registration once I have paid ?
YES but with restrictions. Please check the general sales terms and conditions : Cancellations are only considered if the symposium secretariat is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:
∙ All refunds will be made after the symposium GreenSys2019.
∙ Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;
- For cancellation received by April 15, 2019: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fee of €50 will be charged.
- For cancellation received between April 16 and May 30, 2019: 50% of full registration fees will be refunded.
- For cancellation received after June 1, 2019: No refund will be provided.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to April 30 2019 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing. Transferring registration after April 30 2019 will not be possible.
If you do not attend the symposium without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given. Also, no refunds will be possible in the event of missing part of the symposium, the banquet dinner, or the post-conference tour.

We strongly recommend that you book a private travel insurance to avoid loosing the full amount. You may book travel insurance with your flight ticket. Any insurance company in your country can also advise you about travel insurance.
If I cannot come, can I switch my reservation with someone else ?
If you cannot come and you have find someone else to switch places with, please contact us and we will make the change. Contact by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will require a written letter as a proof that you are not coming and you will need to give us the name of the person who will come.
How can I pay for my registration ?
We accept payment by credit cards such as Visa and mastercard. American express cards are not accepted. We do allow international bank transfers and you may wish to pay by WESTERN UNION if you do not have a bank account.
Any payment by WESTERN UNION would need to be notified to us by email at email@example.com.. We do require the MTC reference to withdraw the money. Processing fees need to be paid by the participant. Please ask for them at your local bureau.
Can I pay my registration on arrival ?
Registration will only be confirmed if payment has been received. Therefore you do need to pay the full amount before arrival in France.
